Your first training session with a Personal Trainer

Evaluation fase

First we try a some cardio activity to get an idea of your current level of physical fitness, this also serves as a warm up

Training fase

This could be anything realy, it largely depends on your goals but most training sessions consist of some cardio training, strengt training, stretching and cool down.

Intensity of Training

The first few session we still have to get to know you, so we start at a low traininglevels and slowly increase the intensity untill we find what is best for you.
Of course we also want to make sure you're not aching all over the next day
